01General Terms & Conditions

Be444 (referred to as "the Platform" or "we") provides an online gaming service for players in Bangladesh. These Terms and Conditions govern the legal relationship between be444 and its members.

02Account Registration & Verification

To open an account on be444, you must register with accurate and complete information. Registering with false information may result in account termination and forfeiture of deposited funds.

Each member may only open one account. If the same person is found to have multiple accounts, be444 reserves the right to close all of them.

• be444 may request a copy of your national ID or passport at any time.
• Keeping your account password confidential is solely your responsibility.
• Transferring or selling your account to another person is strictly prohibited.
• be444 may temporarily suspend an account if suspicious login activity is identified.

03Bonus & Promotional Offers

Be444 offers various types of bonuses and promotional offers, including welcome bonuses, deposit bonuses, cashback, free spins, and more. Each bonus has its own terms and conditions, clearly stated on the offers page.

Claiming a bonus on be444 requires meeting specific wagering requirements. Bonus funds cannot be withdrawn before the wagering conditions have been fulfilled.

• The welcome bonus applies to first-time deposits only.
• Bonus wagering requirements are typically 20 to 30 times the deposit plus bonus amount.
• Two bonuses cannot be used simultaneously while one is already active.
• be444 may cancel or modify any promotional offer at any time.
• Any attempt to fraudulently claim bonuses will result in account closure.

04Deposit & Withdrawal Policy

Deposits and withdrawals on be444 are fully supported through Bangladeshi payment systems. bKash, Nagad, and Rocket are currently supported. Additional payment methods may be added in the future.

All transactions on be444 are conducted in BDT. Deposits are generally credited to your account instantly. Withdrawal requests are typically processed within 30 minutes to 24 hours.

• Minimum deposit: 200 BDT.
• Minimum withdrawal: 500 BDT.
• Withdrawals must be made using the same payment method used for the original deposit.
• Account verification must be completed before any withdrawal can be processed.
• be444 may place a hold on withdrawals in the event of suspicious transactions.
• Withdrawals to third-party accounts are not permitted.

• Game results caused by a technical error will be considered void.
• In live games on be444, the dealer's decision is final.
• be444 is not liable for any losses resulting from internet connection failures.

06Prohibited Activities

The following activities are strictly prohibited on be444. Violations will result in account closure and may lead to forfeiture of deposited funds.

• Opening or operating multiple accounts under the same individual.
• Abusing bonuses or placing strategic bets solely to qualify for bonus rewards.
• Using be444 for money laundering or any unlawful financial activity.
• Hacking, use of bots, or any other automated software.
• Attempting to gain unauthorized access to another member's account.

09Account Closure & Suspension

• Extended period of inactivity (more than 12 months).

Any balance remaining in your account at the time of closure will be refunded in accordance with our policies, provided there are no fraud-related issues.
